By Phil McNultyChief football writer   Manuel Pellegrini must reverse the course of his past history and prove he is not "spooked" by nemesis Jose Mourinho when Manchester City meet Chelsea in the FA Cup at Etihad Stadium on Saturday.

Pellegrini has won only once in nine meetings as Malaga and Manchester City boss against the man who succeeded him at Real Madrid.

The Bundesliga leaders take on the Gunners in the round of 16 first leg at the Emirates Stadium on 19 February.

But Guardiola wants his players to protect a 13-point cushion at the summit against lowly Freiburg first.

"We'll concentrate on the Champions League as of Sunday," said Guardiola. "We have to keep focus."

Freiburg boss Christian Streich on facing Bayern Munich

"We're not going to Munich thinking we're beaten before it starts. We'll go there trying to do well and prove ourselves worthy opponents. We'll run, fight and do everything we can tactically to ensure it isn't easy for Bayern."

Bayern are unbeaten in their last 45 German league games and Guardiola, a two-time Champions League winner when in charge of Barcelona, is keen to extend the run.

Freiburg are fourth from bottom of the table but managed to hold Bayern to a 1-1 draw when the teams met in August.

That has led Guardiola to urge caution ahead of the weekend as his team chase a Bundesliga, Champions League and German Cup treble.

"Freiburg are very aggressive," added the 43-year-old Spaniard.

"They played well when we met earlier in the season."

Croatia forward Mario Mandzukic, 27, serves a one-match ban while Guardiola could rest several players ahead of the game at Arsenal.

Bayern are definitely without France midfielder Franck Ribery and defender Holger Badstuber because of injury.

The 22-year-old Brazil forward has missed the last four league matches with a sprained right ankle.

"Neymar has been training fine, feels okay and has looked strong," manager Gerardo Martino said on Friday.

"He is now competing with the rest for a place. I don't like to talk about it as a test for him (against Rayo)."

Everyone trying to lose weight (and failed) many times asked himself this question – why? The rules seam simple - eat healthy food and exercise – that’s it. In real life it gets complicated though – there is always some excuse, some reason, some temptation we cannot resist. There is more to it as we know that there are different body types, we all have different genetics and metabolism. On top of that (if that’s not enough) many of us have weak willpower and what we plan does not always work out well in practice. So where do we start? Well I am in process of fast weight loss of 20kg (5kg gone so far in 26 days) and trust me I don’t have the strongest willpower nor can I resist temptation (today hot & spicy wings + barbecue ribs were delicious).

I will be honest with you – I failed many times, but what keeps me going is constant motivation. Whatever works for you – stick to it. Let me give some examples that I use – look in the mirror every time you want to eat something, grab your tummy and think about what you want – suffer for couple weeks and then feel and look good for years or grab something quick, eat it in 5 minutes and then feel bad about it. Distract yourself – play game, watch movie, go out to supermarket to buy some magazine – walking will burn calories.

With so many products, techniques, diets and solutions on the market – who wouldn’t have a headache just from checking some of them. That’s why I’ve created this page and this whole site – to give you my personal, honest opinion on the matter. You don’t know me, you’re not sure if I just want to cheat and lie to you and you can be thinking of leaving this page by now but let me tell you this – if you’re here then you’re in the same position as I am - need to loose weight fast and keep it that way.So as I’ve mentioned there are many weight loss resources out there and trust me - I’ve tried a lot of them with very bad results indeed. Lately I’ve come across Fat Loss Factor program – it is on the market for a while now and in my opinion it just adds credibility to it. If it would be bad then it would disappear from the market long time ago.

It is a very interesting and complex program which can be customized to basic needs as well as advanced ones. What I mean by that is for example I use basic path in it where I check my weight and follow the plan (4 phases in total) but you can also have online daily weight input, diet plan for the whole week prepared by Weight Loss Resources
